Neighbourhood Midwives

Complaints & Comments

At Neighbourhood Midwives, we always aim to provide the very best standards of care. However, despite our best efforts, we may not always get things right. If there's something you're unhappy with, we'd like to know about it, so that we can try to resolve your problems. Getting feedback (both good and bad) is an opportunity for us to better understand and improve the quality of the services we provide.

We know that people can be worried that if they raise a concern or complaint about their care (or the care of someone close to them), that the care could suffer. We undertake to make sure that the fact that you have complained will never adversely affect anyone's care or treatment.

If you have a concern or complaint you can raise it in several ways.
